We use hosting services from ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, to operate this website, on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in conjunction with a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
On the basis of our legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM collects data on every access to the server on which this website is hosted (so-called server log files). Access data includes: name of the page/file accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, the previously visited page (referrer URL), the IP address and the requesting provider. Log file information is stored for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud) for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose continued storage is required for evidentiary purposes is excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally resolved.
This website embeds web fonts provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) for a consistent display of typefaces. When a page is loaded, your browser fetches the required fonts directly from Google's servers, transmitting your IP address to Google. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically stable and consistent presentation of the website).
If you contact us via the contact form, email or phone, your inquiry — including all personal data resulting from it (name, company/organisation if applicable, email address, message) — is stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (handling a pre-contractual inquiry) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. The contact form contains a hidden field ("honeypot") for automated spam detection, which is not visible to human visitors.
This website currently does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. Should this change in the future (e.g. through the integration of an analytics tool), this policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, your consent will be obtained in advance.
